Slight drizzle at start. Awesome run.
Tripped and had slight strain in muscle in back of leg behind knee.

Foot still a tad sore.
Good frost this morning after running in shorts and t-shirt yesterday.
Rain moving in so probably be on the treadmill the next few days.

Run felt great. Wore my new Sauconys. Foot bothered me a lot less.

Good run. Quick mile 4 felt pretty easy.
Core, flexibility. Maybe some weights.
Arch of foot very sore. May take it easy next few days if it gives issue.
Thinking about starting a weight program and putting on a little mass.

January Recap

Got in 246.502 miles this month. Ran 31 out of 31 days. Running Streak: 121 days and counting. First race in Rome, Ga. on February 18. Running a 10k, but not really expecting to do anything fantastic.
