09/28/11

jog to campus rec, 5 smooth miles indoor in 36:23, long sprint back to dorm,
pushups throughout day

Legs felt pretty good on run... more so than I would have thought after doing the squats and lunges yesterday. My recovery seems to be doing well from day to day, most likely from the low volume of mileage I am currently putting in during the weekdays.
