Jog to campus rec, 3.125 miles on indoor in 19:42, run back (6:23, 6:21, 6:16, 0:42)
8X25 pushups, dynamic drills, flexibility.
That boot-shaped indoor track is sooo slow, sooo short, and has sooo many turns!
