Ben the Runner: After having battled a year of health problems,my Senior yr of HS, I am ready to move on. I was prevented from doing all the things I love, one of the greatest being running. In this time of sickness, at 5-9, my weight dropped from 145-105 lbs. After being placed on a very regimented diet, I have gained back up to 117 lbs. and have worked very hard to become a better runner. I am tired of being sick and weak, and want to prove myself to myself. This blog is going to deal with my pursuit of becoming a better runner and person in the pursuit of strength, speed, health, and happiness. I will try to update status of training, nutrition, and overall health. Anyone who wishes may join me on this journey, and may God smile down upon my endeavors.
