Got in 246.502 miles this month. Ran 31 out of 31 days. Running Streak: 121 days and counting. First race in Rome, Ga. on February 18. Running a 10k, but not really expecting to do anything fantastic.

Bad day for me as a sports fan yesterday. My #3 ranked Tar Heels lost to FSU by 30+ yesterday, and my man Ritz came in 4th in the Marathon trials in Houston yesterday, so he won't represent us in the Marathon.... still gotta shot at the 5000m and 10000m on the track though.
Felt good. Easy run. Not quite so cold.

Having issues trying to incorporate different things into my diet. It seems as though my digestive system isn't going to handle much deviation, and I am noticing it seems as though the more I try to change my diet, the more I struggle to keep up my weight.
