5.14 miles in 36:00 Multi-terrain run (5:57, 6:58, 7:25, 7:07, 7:17, 01:15 cooldown)Pushups, dynamics, core, flexibility.
First mile on road TOO FAST! The rest was pretty EZ on trails.
Good to be back outside.
Mid 20s & Windy. Supposed to be in teens next couple mornings.
